Was it the fact that congressional Democrats stood and cheered a Mexican president when he spoke in Congress condemning the people of Arizona and their right to protect themselves? The same Mexico where the top two industries are illegal drugs and American dollars being sent back across the border.

Or was it the idea that more illegal aliens, more “entitlement Democrats,” from all over the world will, if granted amnesty, swell the voting rolls and keep Democrats in power?

Or, would I write about the “spineless Republicans” and their use of illegal immigrants to keep their fat cat buddies from paying full wages and taxes, thus creating semi-slave labor, and a blackmarket labor force?

Maybe the idea that if we call what our federal government is doing progressive, or Europeanstyle socialism, we won’t recognize it as simply good old-fashioned communism. My Webster defines socialism and communism the same. The same communism our forefathers fought and died to stop. Let’s just keep putting nice names on “dung,” maybe it will smell just fine to those who aren’t paying attention, or those blindly following the party line for their own gain.

These are only a few of the issues destroying our nation and needing to be aired publicly. To that end, there will be a Tea Party/rally on the Indiana County Court House steps on Saturday, Oct. 2, from 2 to 4 p.m.

The time has come for “We The People” to stand up against “Chicago gangster politics,” or else explain to our grandchildren how we allowed their liberty to be stolen.

I don’t have money behind me to hire big-name speakers, so I’ll need people who will speak passionately on these and other topics. Freedom-loving Americans of all parties are invited to come and stand and speak and cheer for our great republic.

There will be patriotic music, and the words of our beloved Democratic President John F. Kennedy will ring loud and clear, just so we don’t forget that Americanism should come before entitlements.

Bring your friends and neighbors, rain or shine. Become involved in the taking back of your America. Your country needs you!

Dr. Terry Ray’s Address

When Thomas Jefferson was president, he wrote a short, little poem that, I believe, has great significance to Americans in 2010.  It goes like this:  “If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, it expects what never was and never will be.”

What Jefferson is telling us is that when a nation is facing an enemy of its freedom, that nation must understand exactly who that enemy is and what that enemy intends to do.  Armed with this information, the nation will not be ignorant of its enemy and it will prevail in its battle to preserve its freedom.  The problem we are presently facing in our battle to preserve our freedom, is that we are ignorant of our enemy.  This is because very few people in this nation have the courage to boldly state the truth about our enemy.  As such, we remain ignorant and are, thus, in grave danger of losing our free nation.  While it is difficult to find those who have the courage to speak the bold truth, there are a few who are willing, and those few who are willing must do so whenever they are given the chance to speak.  I was given a chance to speak with you today and I am not afraid to speak the bold truth.  I will not, therefore, waste this opportunity.  I will speak the bold truth.

First . . . we must boldly name the enemy.  If a person has the power and intent to destroy the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America then I say that person is the enemy of our free nation.  Is there such a person with this power and intent?  I say there is – and that person is Barack Hussein Obama.  Some will say that no one should say such a thing about the President of the United States.  I say that someone must be willing to say what is true if our nation is going to remain free.  The next thing we must do is to boldly state exactly who this enemy is.  That is a very difficult thing to do.  It is very difficult because the thugs who chose to run Barack Obama for president wanted to make sure that no one would ever know who this man really is.  So . . . before they brought their man out into the open, they hired a group of “Cleaners.”  If you don’t know what this is – these are people hired by the mob to go to the scene of a “Hit” and “clean the scene” of any clues as to who may have committed the murder.  The “Cleaners,” hired by Obama’s thugs, went all over the world to lock up or destroy everything that could reveal anything about Obama’s past.  And they did a perfect job – or so they thought.  They got rid of any evidence of Barack Obama Sr.’s marriage to Obama’s mother – if it really happened.  Their divorce papers are gone.  Obama’s original birth certificate is locked away.  Everything about Obama’s kindergarten experience was cleaned.  His adoption papers were cleaned.  Everything about his elementary school years was cleaned.  His high school records.  His college years.  Law school.  His years as an Illinois state senator.  His draft registration.  His passport record.  The numerous social security numbers he has used throughout his life.  They cleaned everything.  Or so they thought.  I say this because they missed one – and only one – important piece of evidence about Barack Obama’s past.  Here’s what happened.

When Barack was six years old, his mother, Stanley – named after her father– married a man from Indonesia named Lolo Soetoro.  Well, Lolo, Stanley, and little Barack all moved to Jakarta, Indonesia and Barack was registered at Government School Number Four.  Now . . . the cleaners made a visit to this school.  You can’t find any records about Barack’s teachers, his friends, his grades – nothing.  They thought they had found and destroyed everything but they somehow missed the fact that someone had a copy of Barack’s registration for this government school.  This is the only verified document pertaining to Obama’s past that has ever been unearthed.  As such, it is invaluable.  Now . . . what does this one priceless document tell us?  Well, I got a very good copy of the document and then located two Indonesian students at IUP to translate it for me.   First, is a line with the word “name” printed underneath.  On this line, the student’s name is listed as “Barry Soetoro.”  The next line asks for the name of the father of the student.  The name written on this line is “Lolo Soetoro,” which clearly indicates that Lolo had adopted Barack, or should I say “Barry.”  The next line asks for the student’s nationality.  On the line is written, “Indonesian.”  The final line asks for the student’s religion.  The word “Muslim” is written here.

Now I will speak as a lawyer.   This registration form is the only verified document we have pertaining to the past of Barack Obama, aka Barry Soetoro.  As such, unless there is documentation presented that indicates something contrary to the information found on this document, this is a “controlling” document.  In other words, we are permitted to assume it is true unless proven otherwise.  So what this means is that until someone produces a document pertaining to a change of name filing, then the legal name of the current president of the United States is Barry Soetoro – not Barack Hussein Obama.  Unless someone can produce a document to show that a change in paternity has taken place, then Lolo Soetoro is the legal father of Barry Soetoro – not Barack Obama, Sr.  Unless there are U.S. Immigration and Naturalization documents that indicate a change in the citizenship of Barry Soetoro, then he is an Indonesian – not an American.  And unless this Indonesian in the White House can produce documentation that indicates he has a valid visa to be in the United States, this Indonesian is an illegal alien.  Finally, until someone can produce documentation that indicates that Barry Soetoro has changed his religion, then Barry is a Muslim.  So, to summarize, the only controlling documentation about Barack Obama’s past that the world presently has in its possession, it tells us that the current president of the United States, Barry Soetoro, is an illegal alien, Indonesian, Muslim.  That is the bold truth.

The next thing we need to know, in defining who this enemy is, is to know how he thinks.  Like anyone else in the world, Barry Soetoro is the product of those who have influenced him and made him who he is.  So who are these people in Barry Soetoro’s life?  One person who is not one of these people is Barack Obama Sr.  There is no evidence, whatsoever, that Barack Sr. ever lived with Barry Soetoro or had any influence on his life.  So much for Dreams from my Father.  When Barry Soetoro was ten years old, his adoptive father, Lolo, had had enough of him and he sent him packing, back to Hawaii, to live with his grandparents, Stanley and Madelyn Dunham.  These grandparents were at the peak of their professional careers at this juncture of their lives and had very little time for Barry.  With no father present, Barry was in need of a father-figure and one soon found him.  His name was Frank Marshall Davis, a good friend of Grandfather Stanley.  Frank was an interesting figure.  He was a journalist who wrote pornographic materials.  Frank was also an America-hating, card-carrying, communist.  This father-figure dominated Barry’s life throughout his childhood.  When Barry entered adulthood and moved to the mainland, and onto Chicago, he went looking for another father-figure – and found one . . . Reverend Jeremiah Wright.  Jeremiah was a perfect replacement for Frank Davis.  He was an American-hating, black racist, who preached Black Liberation Theology – which is a fancy name for Marxism . . . also known as communism.  Jeremiah was the dominant figure in Barry’s life for the next twenty years . . . right up until he began his run for president.  When Barry got interested in Illinois politics, Jeremiah passed him along to another mentor . . . a man by the name of William Ayres . . . another interesting figure.  Ayres was not just an America-hater – he was a person who actually did something about it.  He was a domestic terrorist and blew up buildings and was likely responsible for the deaths of Americans.  Ayres not only committed these acts of terrorism, he bragged about it and said he was sorry he didn’t cause more damage.  Ayers guided and shaped Barry into the image of his kind of politician.  And when Barry lied his way into the White House, who did he pick for some of his closest advisors?  How about Van Jones?  An America-hating card-carrying Communist.  Then there’s Anita Dunn who says the Chinese Communist Leader, Mao Tse-Tung, is the person she most admires.  And, of course, there is the man who visits the White House more than any other person on record – Andy Stern.  Andy is that guy who heads SEIU and who sends out thugs to beat-up elderly Tea Party members.  Not only is Andy an America-hater but he emits a quote from Karl Marx every time he opens his mouth.

Barry was made into who he is by these people.  He was molded, from childhood until the present day, by America-hating communists.  What would one expect him to be other than what he now is?  Barry Soetoro has barely contained disdain for all things American and yearns for the day when America has its comeuppance and is nothing more than an also-ran, second-class country.  And a second-class country with a communistic form of government.  And if you doubt me on this . . . consider one of his favorite books – the one he often carries with him, and studies, when he travels.  It was written by Fareed Zakaria and the name of it is The Post-American World.  In this book, Fareed looks forward, longingly, to the not-so-distant future, when the United States is a has-been world power and has become a weak non-entity that no longer has any influence on world events.  Believe me, Barry and Fareed share the same vision for America.

So . . . with the bold understanding of who our enemy is, what is it, exactly, that Barry Soetoro plans to do to the United States of America?  Well I can tell you this . . . it’s a heck of a lot worse than just a little spreading of the wealth.  Believe me, it is.  That’s small potatoes for Barry.  Oh yes.  Barry has far greater plans for America.  No one was apparently listening when Barry Soetoro clearly stated his plans for America during his campaign for president.  He said, repeatedly, “”I intend to fundamentally change the United States of America as we know it.”  Well there’s only one way to fundamentally change anything . . . you have to tear down what you have then build something new in its place.  That is exactly what Barry Soetoro intends to do to the United States of America.  He plans to destroy our financial structure, our social structure, and our constitutional republic form of government and build an entirely new country in his own image.  He has already wrecked our financial structure.  We are, at this moment, technically bankrupt . . . we just haven’t felt it yet.  Because of Barry Soetoro, we now have more debt than we can possibly pay-off.  This, my friends, is the definition of bankruptcy.   And he’s just getting started.  The hole we’re in will become much, much deeper before he’s done.  As for our social structure, he’s well on his way with this, too.  He will continue to arrogantly pass laws against the will of the American people then laugh in our faces and taunt us about our inability to stop him.  He will continue doing this until the American people reach a breaking point . . . which is what he wants.  He wants the American people to become so infuriated that they simply blow-up and take to the streets out of anger and frustration.  Then, to quell this “mass social unrest,” he will declare a national state of emergency and assume the powers go with it – then all bets are off.  As for our constitutional republic, he has already put large cracks in it by ignoring both law and the Constitution . . . and he’s just getting started.  Trust me . . . by the end of his first term, you will not recognize our American form of government.

Now . . . let me give you the good news.  Barry Soetoro will fail.  He will fail because he has a fatal flaw in his thinking.  What is that fatal flaw?  Very simple.  He doesn’t understand Americans.  You see . . . he wasn’t raised as an American – and I’m not talking about where he was born. He was raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.  Neither of these places has an American culture.  Hawaii may be a legal part of the United States, but it is not “American.”  Anyone who has spent time there – beyond as mere tourist – will tell you it is, entirely, an Asian culture and it is a profoundly anti-American culture.  They even have a favorite slur which they use to refer to us – “Howlies.”   This slur, in case you don’t know, is the American equivalent of the N-word but it’s used for white Americans.   Barry has no idea how regular Americans think and feel.  He has no idea how someone born and raised in Kittanning, PA thinks . . . or someone like me – born and raised in Butler, PA, a few blocks from the steel mill – thinks.

You see . . . Barry Soetoro thinks we’re just like the Chinese.  When Mao Tse-Tung put his bully finger in the chest of the Chinese people and told them to shut-up and do as they are told, they lowered their heads and obeyed.  When Hugo Chavez put his finger in the chest of the Venezuelan people, they lowered their heads and obeyed.  When Fidel Castro put his finger in the chest of the Cuban people, they lowered their heads and obeyed.  Barry thinks we’re just like these people . . . but then again, Barry doesn’t understand Americans.  What does an American do when a bully thumps his chest with his finger?  Does he lower his head and obey?  Hell no.  Americans are a different breed of people –different from any other people on this Earth.  We’re not afraid of bullies and we have the courage to stand up to them.  So when a bully puts his finger into the chest of an American, he doesn’t lower his head.  No he does not!  The first thing an American does is to reach up, grab that finger – and break it!  The next thing he does is to put his own finger in the face of the bully and say, “Screw you, buddy!”  That is exactly what the American people are going to do to Barry Soetoro.  We are going to reach up and break that bully finger then put our finger in his face and say, “Screw you, Barry!”  We are going to send him back to wherever he came from, be it Hawaii, Indonesia, or Kenya!  And we are going to reclaim the United States for the American people!  We will return the United States to the glory it deserves and return it to its rightful place as the most powerful and freest country on this Earth!

So there you have it, my friends.  I have spoken the bold truth about our enemy.  The question is . . . do you have the courage to deal with the bold truth?

I ask God to be with us in this, our battle for freedom.  May He give us the strength and courage to know the truth and to defeat the enemy of our beloved Constitutional Republic of the United States of America!  Be strong!  Be courageous!  Have faith!      Thank you.

“Obamacare is a socialist law designed to take money from some Americans and use it to benefit others. The health care bill signed into law by President Obama is full of hidden time bombs. One costly provision buried in the lengthy reconciliation bill at the last minute has taxpayers covering long-term at-home care for the elderly. Through the so-called Community Living Assistance Services and Support Act (CLASS Act), Americans will find between $150 and $250 taken out of their paychecks each month to cover this program nobody knew about.”

If you visit the white House’s official website and read the description of the CLASS Act, you would think it was all great and good.  The Act is described as a voluntary program where no tax payer funding is used to pay for it. What could be better than that!

Stephen A. Moses is president of the Center for Long-Term Care Reform.  He analyzed the Act and had many points to make about it, dispelling the outwardly optimistic upbeat view the White House and Democrats want you to believe.  (See http://www.mcknights.com/class-caveats/article/167454/)

Three glaring untruths about C.L.A.S.S. are:

“- C.L.A.S.S. is not “voluntary.”  Every worker is involuntarily and automatically opted into the program. Each employee or self-employed person must willfully opt out to avoid the program’s large “premiums” that will otherwise accrue by default. 

- Second C.L.A.S.S. is not “insurance” by any stretch of the imagination. Insurance is for healthy people who want to prepare responsibly for the relatively small possibility they may become disabled or chronically ill. CLASS is more accurately described as pre-payment of care subsidized by the insurable for the benefit of the uninsurable. Charity in other words.

- Finally, C.L.A.S.S. will be promoted as a program for chronically ill seniors as well as for the disabled, but it is predominantly a program to benefit the working disabled. CLASS benefits, even if they are paid at something approaching the most optimistically anticipated rates, hardly will make a dent in the cost of long-term care for the elderly.” 

Steven Moses goes on to identify numerous fundimental problems with the program that prove it to be another fiscally unsustainable entitlement program, just what we need!

As the days pass and Obamacare is examined, more and more programs will come to light demonstarting this adinistrations move towards socialism and the redistribution of wealth. It is vitally important not to fall for the propoganda push that posses as advertising for the CLASS Act.  See it for what it is and stay resolved to repeal Obamacare in the future.

It isn’t right that a group of people, who don’t work, don’t pay taxes yet demand healthcare, welfare and more while the money that I work for and earn legitimately gets taken from me to pay for their free stuff.  What the heII???  What gives them the right to demand and get anything?  In my opinion people who don’t pay taxes shouldn’t be allowed to vote!  The increasing size of the no-tax paying populace puts the tax payers at a huge disadvantage, a disadvantage that the liberals and big Government wonks rely on to grow government out of control (See http://online.wsj.com/article/SB122463231048556587.html).

Many will say I’m not compassionate and I refuse to help those who are in need.  I have no problem being charitable.  I believe there is a need for welfare and such but it should be very limited and reserved for the truly needy.  Unfortunately that’s not what is happening.   Today, we have generational welfare.  Welfare clients are so adept at manipulating the system they are incentivized to stay on welfare.  Why work when you can stay at home and watch TV? 

The time for change has arrived.  I may be just one person but I know I’m not alone.  I’m not the only one pissed off about the out of control spending this government is doing.  No, I’m not blaming just the Democrats, I also blame the Republicans.  I blame myself for not speaking out sooner.  The populace was asleep for a long time, content to focus on our own lives and worlds, trusting that our politicians would do the right things.  The time has arrived for us to engage and take back control.  We need to find and elect people who will press the reset button and restore the Country to its foundation.

It is time for the American people to get serious about the direction this country is headed. The mindless sheep that make up a great portion of our citizenry will not realize the freedom and liberties they are losing until they are already gone and by then it will be too late to restore them.  There are far more important things happening in the news than Idol results, Tiger’s escapades or Gosselin’s publicity attempts.  Wake up America, you’re wasting away your very freedom; soon there will be no more Idol and if there is, you won’t be able to afford the electricity or the cable to watch it!

We have never wished death on anybody (Including John Murtha) but his death has opened his seat and pulled his pork. That is more than any Western Pennsylvania voter has done. The false economy that Murtha built in this area is going to collapse and everybody will “really miss him.” No more Freebies , “False” jobs, or handouts. Cities and towns in Western Pennsylvania will actually have to allow companies to come in and produce a product, as well as sell it, without being part of Murtha’s “Club.”

Most of the people that are complaing about those of us who are glad that he is gone are more than likely “Gaining” from Murtha’s handouts. Problem with handouts is they are just that. HANDOUTS! The old adage “Something that is given has no value” is as true as ever. It always comes back and bites you in the @ss!

Let’s list some of the things this man did:

• Close political ally of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Largely responsible for her being Speaker Of The House!
• Became a darling of the on-line left as a fierce critic of the Iraq War
• Was a personification of the Congressional earmark system and its potential for abuse
• Was under federal investigation for his corrupt relationship with the now-defunct defense lobbyist PMA Group
• Never apologized for his allegation that U.S. Marines were guilty of killing Iraqi civilians in cold blood
• Abscam
• Multiple ethics violations
•  To many others to list!

The United States is better off without having John Murtha in the U.S. Congress.

14 of us went to DC yesterday to make our feelings known about this “health care” bill. We departed Indiana about 0630 am and got back about 8pm.

We drove to Rockville, Md. in 2 vans, one graciously donated by fellow Too-er Tom Smith. Mario Alexander rented the second van when it became apparent that one would not be enough.

From Rockville we took the Metro transport into DC where we joined thousands of other patriotic Americans who want this government to slow down, do things correctly, live and govern within the parameters of our Constitution and to STOP spending our money as if there is no end to it.

The weather cooperated and we listened to dozens of speakers as they told us they heard and empathized with our concerns. The speakers included many congressmen, senators, celebrities and political commentators who hear your voices and are fighting to address you concerns. Included among them were Congressmen Michelle Bachman, organizer of the event, Joe Wilson (of “you lie” infamy), actors and concerned citizens Jon Voight, John Ratzenberger (Cliff Claven of “Cheers” fame) and political commentators such as Mark Levin, author of the best selling book “Liberty and Tyranny”.

While we did not have an opportunity to individually call on our respective reps and senators due to parking restrictions back in
Rockville (we had to get back before the lot closed, long story), we witnessed long lines of other rally attendees waiting to personally address their respective legislators as we made our way back to the Metro.

It was a great trip and I would do it again in a heart beat…….it’s little enough to do to make the point that we want our country and our government back…….to make the government remember that which they seem to have forgotten or choose to ignore, which is that they work FOR US , not the other way around.

Some talking head interviewed on FOX labeled us as “the angry minority”…..

What WILL it take to get the attention due the Americans who do NOT want their Constitution “re-interpreted” or ignored. What will it take to overcome the consistent droning into people’s heads by the “in the bag media” that we don’t exist? The answers to these questions are scarier than the fraud and “new speak” taking place in Obama’s current media blitz.

There are so many unanswered questions….so many ignored concerns. These weren’t a hired mob of special interests marching……they had concerns ranging from health care to ACORN’s receipt of tax $$, to immigration issues, to politicians not reading bills, to the Fed, to out of control spending, to cap and trade, to taxation, etc. One theme seemed to run through however….that theme being that the government has grown out of touch, out of control, insulated, unresponsive and irrecoverably corrupted. Many times throughout the day the chant “Can you hear us now?” rang out.

There were small business owners, farmers, government employees, union workers, professionals and every stripe of productive American. I struck up a conversation with a couple from Maine who were displaced Pittsburghers (laid off from the J&L works many years ago, they lost everything, moved to Maine, haven’t looked back, and now are succesful business people). The conversation went from everything (started w/ the Steelers, they still come back for one game a year) and ended w/ him coming down here for a deer hunt and me being invited up there for a lobster dinner, but I digress.

I spoke to people or read Tshirts from Maine, Alaska, Hawaii, Tennessee, Ohio, Kentucky, Texas, South Carolina, Georgia, New York, New Jersey and I’m sure their were many states represented that I missed.

I heard one or two sirens….they were mainly boop…boop as Officers strove to negotiate the crowd w/ fire engines or police cruisers. The crowd was absolutely the friendliest, most congenial and accomodating “crowd” in which I’ve ever found myself. The phrases “excuse me”, “I’m sorry”, “go ahead”, “did you drop this?” etc. were common. I saw many people in wheelchairs and older folks w/ canes or other walking aids and were given strict right of way and respect. As we walked back to our buses I noticed large piles of trash at designated drop off points. It was obvious that people went to extra pains to make sure the trash they left would remain at those spots…….it wasn’t casually tossed in that direction. I saw people picking up random trash not their own and depositing it in the designated areas.

Police officers seemed genuinely friendly and happy..I think because they knew this crowd would be respectful of the law and property and propriety, which it was……the only thing I heard an Officer say to anyone all day, was to tell people to get down from a statue near the capitol building, where they perched taking pictures. Those rowdies quickly dismounted and apologized.

Maybe we should have stormed a building and thrown trash cans through windows, or linked arms and tried to overrun an area which was out of bounds. Maybe we should have forced the police to deploy tear gas and canines and stun guns. Maybe. Maybe we’d have grabbed some headlines like that. Maybe we’d get some coverage from any media other than FOX….maybe. Maybe we should form a tax exempt/ tax funded “community organizing” group, then we could run our priorities through the back doors of Congress. Maybe then they’ll listen.

But I get the sense that those types of things aren’t in us. At least not yet. We are still willing to give the rule of law and the representative republican form of government the opportunity to do what it is supposed to do……the question is whether we still have a representative republic and whether it remembers its oath and responsibility……….defending the Constitution against ALL enemies, foreign or domestic.
